Used primarily in wine to kill certain bacteria and to inhibit the growth of most wild yeasts.
Use one tablet per five litres of juice when grapes are crushed and one tablet per ten litres of wine at the end of fermentation to protect the wine.
Bagged into a bag of 50 tablets.
